Call for volunteer drivers

Since lockdown began in March I've heard dozens of positive stories about communities coming together to support those who may be more vulnerable, helping with shopping, deliveries or just to have a chat with someone who has found themselves isolated.

I have had a number of organised campaign emails from constituents calling for the Environment Bill, currently before Parliament, to set ambitious targets for environmental improvement and to establish an independent watchdog. This is my reply to those emails.

Yesterday several media outlets, local and national, reported that Wiltshire was on a list of areas facing a second spike in Covid-19 cases which could lead to a ‘local lockdown’, such as the one recently put in place for Leicester.
