Please read this in full before fillling in the form below. My team and I will do what we can to help every constituent who writes with a particular request for support in their dealings with government or its agencies, such as the NHS, the Home Office, HMRC, etc. We aim to respond to all emails within 15 working days. There is a strict Parliamentary rule that MPs can only act on behalf of their own constituents, so please include your full name and postal address in your email. You can check if I am your MP on the homepage of my website, dannykruger.org.uk. Because I receive several hundred emails and letters every day, I prioritise those from constituents who have urgent personal matters which require my assistance with a local or national government agency. I do see all emails and I welcome opinions and advice from constituents. However, I do not have the capacity to respond to every email commenting on Government policy or the news of the day, or asking for my own opinions on particular issues. I generally don’t respond to round-robin or cut-and-paste campaign emails, or where I am cc’d in emails to other politicians or public agencies. If you have sent an email in one of these categories please be aware you might not receive a dedicated response. If I do have a statement on a particular issue you will find it on my website - dannykruger.org.uk. For general questions about Government policy please first visit gov.uk. I also write a regular newsletter, detailing my work in the constituency and Parliament. You can sign up to receive it at dannykruger.org.uk.
